Features

• All parts in contact with liquid use Teflon ✽ and are compatible with most chemical solutions.
• The external components use Teflon and vinyl chloride, and can be used even under adverse conditions such as acid environments.
• The working pressure of the liquid can be used up to 0.2 MPa.
• The seal uses Teflon bellows, does not cause contamination due to wear, and can also be used to control ultra-clean water in ultrapure water lines in the semiconductor industry.
• There are 3 types of orifice diameters: φ15, φ20, and φ25.
• As a low-cost version, we have prepared one with a body made of vinyl chloride.
• The connection diameters are PT1/2, PT3/4, and PT1 when the body is Teflon PTFE, and when the body is a PVC body, vinyl chloride pipes, VP16, VP20, and VP25 can be connected.
• There are 3 modes of operation: always closed, always open, and reactivated.
• Straight type (S) and flow rate adjustment type (FC) are also available.
