Summary

Furon static mixers provide an efficient means of mixing two or more chemicals with minimal pressure loss. The compact in-line design makes it easy to install into existing pipelines. The internal mixing parts are removable, making maintenance and cleaning easy. The types and sizes of outlet terminal connections are easily interchangeable and are compatible with various piping configurations. Since all parts are made of 100% high-purity fluoropolymers, they are ideal for use with high-purity and highly corrosive chemicals. Due to its structure, it contains no metal and no o-rings, so there are no potential sources of contamination.

Due to their simplicity and cleanliness, Furon static mixers are particularly suitable for the following applications:
