Why I chose UESHIMA

I changed jobs because I was attracted to my many years of company history and the technical ability of being a member of JIS standards formulation. It's a personal reason, but since the company is in the suburbs, it was also attractive to be able to have plenty of time to commute at a reasonable distance from home.

Workplace atmosphere

It's an environment where you can talk to the president not only about work, but also about small matters, and you can freely take breaks and work at your own pace. It's easy to take a day off, and there's plenty of private time.

Future goals

We hope that we can work so that even products that have not changed since ancient times have constant demand from customers can be developed into products that are further supported by customers by carrying out maintenance in line with the evolution of the times.

About technical positions

Each model is in charge of machinery and electricity, and until the foundation of basic technology and knowledge is established, work is carried out while communicating as a team while receiving guidance from the main person in charge as a sub-person.

Typical daily schedule

Arrived at work at 8:00

8:30 Morning meeting, start of work

9:00 Preparation of documents such as formulating specifications and designs for ordered products

12:00 lunch

13:00 Today I went out for a meeting with a partner company

16:00 Return to work and incorporate the details of the meeting into the drawing
