FR-Friction Tester

The ring-shaped road surface is rotated, and a doughnut-shaped test piece of tread material imitating a tire is pressed against it with a fixed load and rotated to measure the friction between the test piece and the road surface. You can easily draw a µ-S curve by plotting the coefficient of friction while sweeping the slip rate. The road surface is compatible with DRY, WET, ICE, and even asphalt road surfaces, making it ideal for evaluating the friction performance of tire treads.
