Specimen punching blades are various cutters that produce test specimens specified in JIS and ISO from rubber sheets and soft plastic sheets, and there are replacement blade systems that can maintain punching accuracy by exchanging blades and machined blade systems that are manufactured integrally by machining.
Special shapes can be manufactured upon request.
- For tensile tests: dumbbell shape 1-7 (rubber), dumbbell shape 1/2 (plastic)
- For tear tests: crescent type/angle type/trauser type (rubber), trousers shape/C method right angle
- For low deformation tensile tests
- For low temperature tests
- For viscoelasticity tests
*Depending on the type, the above blades may be limited to either machined blades or replacement blades.
